About the Position:
We are seeking team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End Operations. The pay range for this position is $11.58 – $13.72 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver consistently excellent guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assisting them in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and weekly promotions while collaborating across departments to support guests
    • Creating a welcoming shopping experience through effective merchandising and stocking of products, while ensuring nearby guests receive assistance
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Presenting yourself professionally, in adherence to uniform standards

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional service
  • At least 16 years of age
