About the Position:
We are actively seeking team members who can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. The pay range for this position is $11.58 – $13.72 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by:
- Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in crafting their meal solutions
- Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly promotions throughout the store, collaborating with colleagues across departments to enhance guest experiences
- Creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere by merchandising and restocking products and specialty items while ensuring guests receive assistance
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and supporting general housekeeping duties within the store
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards
