We are currently seeking an On-Call Weekend In-Home Caregiver for our Dayton, OH location. This role requires providing coverage from Friday at 5:00 PM to Monday at 8:00 AM, ensuring support when scheduled caregivers are unavailable. The On-Call Weekend In-Home Caregiver will receive compensation just for being on call, in addition to hourly pay for any actual hours worked with seniors in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be available on-call during weekends (days and nights) to provide shift coverage as needed
- Communicate effectively with the office and client families
- Assist with bathing, showering, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Support dressing and grooming tasks
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing incoming mail
- Conduct grocery shopping and run errands
- Provide transportation to appointments and other activities
