Job Title: Care Associate – Memory Care (MC)
Company: Senior Lifestyle
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a “Care Associate – Memory Care” position in Cincinnati, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the industry standards for similar roles. According to data from various salary sources, memory care positions typically range from about $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. While $17 is competitive for entry-level positions or organizations with budget constraints, it may not attract more experienced candidates or align with higher-cost-of-living areas. Overall, it may be beneficial for employers to consider adjusting the pay to remain competitive in the local job market and retain quality staff.
