Job description:

MaidPro is seeking a part-time professional cleaner for residential and light commercial cleaning. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, along with monthly bonus opportunities, client tips, and a flexible schedule. Paid travel time and training, as well as reimbursement for travel expenses, are included, making this role an attractive option for individuals such as working parents or college students seeking approximately 20 hours or less per week. Our schedule runs Monday through Friday, ensuring weekends and evenings are free.

While experience in customer service, retail, home health care, hospitality, custodial work, or general labor is beneficial, it is not a requirement, as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in your role. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Execute professional cleaning of residential homes using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and approved products
  • Perform thorough interior cleaning
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
  • Scrub and sanitize kitchen fixtures and appliances
  • Dust ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs
  • Vacuum and mop various types of flooring
  • Assist with home organization, staging, and beautification

Experience and Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • A genuine interest in cleaning (prior cleaning experience is not required; training will be provided)
  • Passion for customer satisfaction
