Job Description
Job Title: In Home Aide Port Washington Ohio
Company: Amivie Your Home Court Advantage LLC
Location: Port Washington, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for an “In Home Aide” position in Port Washington, Ohio, is on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. Factors like cost of living in the area, demand for home care services, and the level of skill required can influence wages. While this rate might be competitive for entry-level positions or in regions with lower living costs, it may not attract experienced aides who expect higher compensation for specialized care. Overall, this amount aligns with entry-level expectations but may fall short in attracting skilled candidates in this field.
