As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will serve as the friendly face that brings the ‘Wow’ to Wawa by warmly greeting and assisting our customers. You will be part of a cherished brand committed to prioritizing people, acting with integrity, and brightening everyday experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Prepare various food items, including our delectable breakfast options, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
  • Operate the cash register, process payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
  • Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, fresh, and inviting for customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store by adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform store housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $18.75, based on the role, experience, and location. Associates in this position will also receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.
