As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will be the welcoming face that embodies the Wawa experience by engaging with and serving our customers. Our CSAs take pride in being part of a cherished brand that prioritizes people, integrity, and uplifting everyday experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Prepare a variety of food items, including breakfast selections, custom-made sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station orderly and clean.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age verification for restricted products.
  • Maintain well-stocked, fresh, and inviting shelves throughout the store.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards by adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash.
