Job Title: Home Health Aide

Company: Norwill Healthcare Services

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $15 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $17 for a Home Health Aide in Cleveland, OH, is somewhat below the national average, which typically ranges from $17 to $21 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While the rate may reflect local cost-of-living factors and demand in the Cleveland area, it falls short of industry standards, potentially making it less competitive for attracting qualified candidates. To enhance recruitment and retention, consider increasing compensation to align more closely with national averages and the growing demand for home health services.
