About the Position:
We are seeking versatile team members who can excel in various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End operations. The pay range for this role is $13.00 – $14.50 per hour. This position is located in Kenwood, Cincinnati, at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist in meal planning.
    • Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of weekly promotions to effectively support guests across departments.
    • Crafting a welcoming shopping environment through the professional merchandising and stocking of products while ensuring guest assistance.
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
    • Presenting oneself professionally, in accordance with uniform standards.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
