Job Title: Receiving Specialist

Company: Comoto

Location: Mayfield Heights, OH

Pay: $14 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15 for a “Receiving Specialist” in Mayfield Heights, OH, appears to be somewhat below the industry standard. According to recent labor market data, similar roles in the region typically offer rates ranging from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and company size. Factors that may influence the rate include local demand for warehouse and logistics positions, cost of living, and the specific duties required in the role. While this pay range may attract some candidates, it could struggle to retain talent in a competitive labor market where higher wages are becoming more common.

Keep It Real:

  • Start with a competitive hourly wage, focusing primarily on operations, while gaining opportunities to earn commission through sales assistance as needed.
  • This is a part-time role with benefits including a 401K plan, Volunteer Time Off, free REVER Pro membership, Riding Reimbursement, and an attractive employee discount.
  • Access to DailyPay allows for secure, instant transfers of earned pay prior to payday, available to all team members immediately upon hire.
  • We value training and development, dedicating your initial 5 shifts solely to learning, compensated at base pay.

Qualifications:
