About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can perform across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $14.12 – $16.23 per hour. This position is based in the Kenwood area of Cincinnati, at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service by:
- Engaging with our guests to understand their needs and assist in creating meal solutions
- Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, including weekly ad items, to support guests effectively
- Cultivating a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and stocking products while ensuring guests receive assistance
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping throughout the store
- Receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market’s standards
- Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while upholding quality standards
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Must be at least 18 years old for positions in the Deli
