Job description:

The Production Line Worker at our kitchen facility plays a crucial role in assembling a portion of each customer’s order as it moves along the conveyor line, ensuring this process is executed in a safe and efficient manner. This position is fast-paced and requires the associate to work in a refrigerated environment throughout the entire shift. The work schedule is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing, cooking, and plating orders as they advance on the line.
  • Maintaining pace with the surrounding environment.
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality output.
  • Adhering to strict safety, quality, and production standards, including food sanitation (GMP) guidelines.
  • Performing duties within a kitchen environment that maintains a temperature range of 34-40 degrees.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally.
  • Availability for shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and process detailed written orders.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a production line setting.

Physical Requirements:
