Job Title: 2nd Shift Facility & Maintenance Technician | FT

Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for the position of “2nd Shift Facility & Maintenance Technician” in Kalamazoo, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards for similar roles. As of my last data update in October 2023, maintenance technicians typically earn between $18 and $30 per hour, depending on their experience, certifications, and the complexity of the tasks involved. In Kalamazoo, where the cost of living is moderate compared to larger metropolitan areas, competitive wages for such positions often start around $22 per hour and can go higher for more specialized skills. Therefore, while $20 per hour may attract entry-level applicants, it may not be competitive enough to retain skilled technicians or attract experienced candidates in the long term.
