Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift QA team, ensuring that our products and services adhere to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a meticulous eye for detail, and a solid foundation in quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the Quality Assurance team to uphold and enhance quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and refine QA policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and assess product quality through inspections, audits, and testing.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training to staff on quality assurance best practices and standards.
- Accurately manage QA documentation and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, GMP).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
