Job description:
We are seeking a Front-Facing Customer Service Desk Officer to join our team as an Access Control Screening Officer. While prior security experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various technological systems, including site camera systems, X-ray machines for screening, and access control booths/gates for building entry. The position also entails performing walking patrols and requires the ability to stand for extended periods. Please be advised that on-site parking is not available.

Key Responsibilities:
– Observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure the security and safety of property and personnel.
– Engaging in frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may involve climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain.
– Lifting and/or moving items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:
– Excellent customer service skills are essential.
– Candidates must pass a drug screening and background check.
– Ability to meet and maintain any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
