Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage client accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist clients with their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent communication skills and a commitment to helping clients navigate their insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized service.
• Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products and coverage levels, ensuring they fully understand the terms and conditions of their policies.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to policies, claims, or billing in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
