Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in residential and commercial settings.
  • Collaborate with a partner to deliver quality air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services.
  • Prepare service areas by moving furniture and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Learn from the Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician to expedite your advancement to the Lead Technician position.
  • Inform customers about additional services available through Modernistic.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Valid Michigan driver’s license with a strong driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. or more.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly, cooperative, and positive demeanor.
  • Dependable with reliable transportation.
  • IICRC & NADCA certifications are advantageous but not required.
