Job Title: Airport Agent – MQT

Company: SkyWest Airlines

Location: Marquette, MI

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for the role of “Airport Agent – MQT” in Marquette, MI, appears to be below the national average, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, wage rates for similar positions, especially in airport operations or customer service roles, often align closer to $15 or more, considering the cost of living and regional economic factors. Therefore, while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it could be seen as non-competitive, particularly for candidates with relevant experience or in a market seeking to attract quality talent.
