Compensation: $10.70/hour (plus tips—both cash and mobile) with regular bonus opportunities.

Weekly Schedule:

• Tuesday through Thursday, 3 PM to 11 PM
• Various shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their luggage
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal service delivery
• Comply with all regulations and requirements pertaining to commercial vehicle operation
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous driving and/or customer service experience is advantageous
• Clean driving record
• Current possession, or ability to obtain, appropriate licenses or badges for commercial vehicle operation as mandated by governing authorities
• Must be willing to undergo a physical assessment as part of the selection process, in accordance with airport, federal DOT, and state regulations
• Proficient in reading and speaking English (DOT Requirement)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage
