We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to enhance the strategic and operational leadership of our expansive F&B department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in managing all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of managers and frontline associates.

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Act as the F&B lead in the absence of the Director.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B within a high-volume, multi-outlet hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven capability to manage large teams and navigate complex operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • A deep commitment to guest service and quality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
