Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Company: Border Foods

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $30 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $30 for an Assistant General Manager in Kalamazoo, MI, translates to an annual salary of approximately $62,400, which appears to be on the lower end of the competitive range for this role. According to salary data, the typical annual salary for Assistant General Managers in similar regions tends to range from $50,000 to $75,000, depending on industry, company size, and experience. While $30 per hour may be sufficient for smaller businesses or lower-cost industries, it may not align with salaries offered by larger organizations or those in more competitive sectors, suggesting that this rate could be considered less competitive for attracting skilled candidates.
