What will your role entail? As a Credit Assistant Manager, you will provide customers with access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will engage in meaningful work that positively impacts our customers and their daily lives.

A typical day in the life of a Credit Assistant Manager includes:

  • Credit and Collections: Drive growth and revenue by effectively communicating with customers and managing account collections on a daily basis.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through "white glove" service, exhibiting a servant’s heart both in our stores and at customers’ homes.
  • Deliveries and Pickups: Showcase a winning spirit by safely and compliantly loading, unloading, and installing products while adhering to all handling and transportation procedures.

Minimum requirements include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record, as you will be operating company vehicles
