Required Knowledge & Skills:

• A minimum of three years of experience in multifamily housing leasing
• Proficient in managing lease renewals and retaining residents
• Strong computer skills, with a solid grasp of software navigation
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Experience with Yardi software is preferred
• Ability to pass a credit review
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay at $20 per hour
• Attractive commission potential: You will receive commissions for all lease renewals, with up to $100 per renewal, plus $75 per rental for 225 luxury market-rate units
