Your responsibilities will include overseeing the store during second and third shifts and acting as a key leader in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring that the store remains clean, well-stocked, safe, and visually appealing at all times.

What You Will Do
– Establish high standards for customer service, guiding your team in providing friendly, polite, and efficient service to every Johnny’s customer.
– Offer direction and support to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the store.
– Manage human resources functions, including training, scheduling, and supervising team members, while adhering to Johnny’s HR policies and relevant employment regulations.
– Implement strategies to optimize store sales and control operating expenses in alignment with company objectives.
– Collaborate professionally with suppliers and vendors.
– Address customer complaints promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate records and share necessary documentation with Johnny’s corporate office.

What You Will Need
– Excellent communication skills for interacting positively with team members, customers, supervisors, and vendors.
