Job description:

As an Assistant Manager at Auntie Anne’s Cinnabon, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and upholding high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Support the implementation of promotional and marketing initiatives to drive sales.

Financial & Administrative Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager in tracking sales, labor costs, and overall store performance.
  • Assist with cash handling, register reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, employee schedules, and operational logs.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in food service, retail, or a leadership role is preferred.
  • Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
