In this role, you will support the Event & Retail Manager in executing cost-effective strategies for non-media lead generation and enhancing local brand awareness through various marketing initiatives, including events, shows, showrooms, corporate partnerships, retail collaborations, community organizations, homeowners’ associations, and company-sponsored events.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide in-field coaching, training, and assistance at events.
- Engage in recruiting and interviewing processes.
- Conduct classroom training sessions focused on methodologies, rebuttals, processes, and procedures.
- Manage the department calendar, liaising with event sponsors and external vendors to secure spaces and maximize the value of our investments. Oversee participation in events, sponsorships, retail partnerships, and the creation of lead-generation opportunities based on established objectives. This includes on-site management, resource supervision, and implementation details.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive results.
- Communicate results and strategic plans to management.
Direction of Others:
- Offer guidance, training, and direction to Retail Marketing Representatives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant skills and abilities.
- Experience in sales/marketing, event planning, and/or managing sales or retail teams is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to think strategically and demonstrate robust project management skills, including attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills.

Profit Sharing: In 2025, Andersen aims to implement a profit-sharing program targeting $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be distributed in quarterly installments tied to the company’s operational profit performance.
