We offer a guaranteed flat rate of 40 hours per week, along with a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 annually. Additionally, a sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $10,000 is available for the right candidates. Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to analyze components and systems
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about necessary additional services and provide time estimates for repairs
- Execute warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of Service Technician experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required
- Proficiency in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair at the B level
- Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong mechanical, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills and basic computer proficiency
- A positive and friendly demeanor, along with a willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively with team members
- Capability to learn new technologies, repair processes, and specifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
