NTB, in collaboration with Mavis Tires & Brakes, is actively seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our esteemed Team Mavis at our modern automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Westlake, OH area. As a key player in one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, comprising over 2,000 retail locations, we are excited to welcome new talent to our growing family.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you will be an integral part of our operations. We offer a competitive compensation structure with a guaranteed base salary along with additional earnings through our generous weekly bonus program. The starting base pay for this role is negotiable.

  • No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive PAID TRAINING, equipping you with the skills needed to excel. During your introductory employment period, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can benefit from guaranteed weekly bonus payments totaling up to $800.

  • Role Responsibilities: You will be tasked with installing new tires and wheels, as well as performing crucial tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers.

  • Performance Incentives: Alongside your guaranteed hourly rate, you will receive weekly bonus payments for each service you perform, enhancing your earning potential.
