We are currently looking for team members who are flexible and capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and the Front-End. The pay range for this position is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour, and the position is based in Cincinnati, at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional guest service by:
– Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
– Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly promotions, and collaborating across departments to assist guests effectively
– Creating a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and restocking products and specialty items while ensuring that guests receive assistance as needed
– Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
– Presenting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to uniform standards
Qualifications:
– A strong passion for providing outstanding service
– Must be at least 16 years of age
