About the Position:
We are in search of team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and the Front-End.

The pay range for this role is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver outstanding guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in crafting meal solutions.
    • Maintaining a deep knowledge of products and weekly promotional items, while collaborating across departments to support guests effectively.
    • Curating a welcoming shopping atmosphere by merchandising and restocking products and specialty items throughout the day, ensuring attentive service to nearby guests.
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and assisting with general housekeeping throughout the store.
    • Presenting oneself in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
