About the Position:
We are seeking versatile team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. The pay range for this position is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist in meal solution planning
    • Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly promotions while collaborating across departments to support guests
    • Creating a welcoming shopping experience by merchandising and restocking products throughout the day, ensuring guests are attended to
    • Gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and assisting with general store housekeeping duties
    • Upholding a professional demeanor, including adherence to uniform standards
