About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can contribute across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour. This position is based in Cincinnati, located at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining product knowledge and promoting weekly ad items while collaborating across departments to support guests
    • Ensuring a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and restocking products while assisting nearby guests
    • Gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Presenting oneself professionally and adhering to uniform standards
