About the Position:
We are looking for team members flexible enough to work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour. This position is based in Cincinnati at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and helping them create meal solutions
    • Maintaining thorough knowledge of products and weekly promotions throughout the store to assist guests effectively
    • Creating a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and stocking products, while ensuring assistance is available for nearby guests
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Presenting oneself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards
