Job Title: Banquet Bartender

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI

Pay: $11.23 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11.23 for a Banquet Bartender in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, appears to be below the national average, which typically ranges from $12 to $16 per hour, depending on the venue and level of experience. In Michigan, bartenders generally earn higher wages, especially considering the tips that can supplement their income. Given the cost of living in Sault Sainte Marie and the competitive nature of the hospitality industry, this rate may not attract experienced candidates or reflect the skills required for the role. Overall, the pay seems uncompetitive and may need adjustment to align with industry standards and attract qualified applicants.
