Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, located in Lewis Center, Ohio, is actively seeking a part-time Banquet Bartender to become an integral part of our team. The primary responsibility of the Banquet Bartender involves preparing and serving beverages to banquet guests in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency to ensure guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
- Greet guests warmly as they approach the bar; promote house drinks while utilizing upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Prepare beverages as requested, adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure proper portions and ingredients for cost control and product consistency.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when to cease service; notify management of any incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired guests; verify identification when necessary.
- Set up and dismantle the portable bar, including managing all alcohol, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies; maintain inventory of unused liquor and beverages.
- Obtain, count, and secure the bartender’s bank; process cash payments from banquet guests, provide accurate change, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

- TIPs certification
