Job Title: Banquet Captain

Company: Great Wolf Lodge

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay: $21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $21 for a Banquet Captain in Traverse City, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum. Typically, Banquet Captains earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, venue type, and seasonality, with some upscale venues offering higher compensation. Given Traverse City’s tourism-driven economy and cost of living, which can be higher in peak seasons, $21 may attract candidates but may not retain them long-term compared to regions with higher pay. Overall, while this rate is aligned with entry to mid-level positions, it could benefit from adjustments to attract and retain experienced staff.
