Job description:
Pay will be commensurate with experience, ranging from $11 to $15 per hour. We are actively seeking candidates with outgoing and friendly personalities for our Banquet Server/Set-up Attendant positions.

The Banquet Server/Set-up role involves serving plated or buffet meals at various group events, including holiday buffets, weddings, corporate gatherings, and family reunions, in designated areas such as the ballroom, lounge, or restaurant. This position requires team members to set up linen and skirting according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and to assist with the setup and troubleshooting of Audio Visual equipment. Additionally, team members will provide beverages and snacks to meeting rooms and offer support with setup as necessary.

This role is intermittent and based on group bookings, with candidates possessing open availability being prioritized. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and shifts may begin as early as 5 AM for breakfast service or extend until midnight for weddings and events. There may also be a need for split shifts. Candidates must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 75 pounds. The position requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
