Job Description
Job Title: Banquet Server/Set-up Attendant
Company: Salt Fork Lodge
Location: Cambridge, OH
Pay: $11 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11 – $15 for a Banquet Server/Set-up Attendant in Cambridge, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages for similar roles, which often range from $12 to $20 per hour depending on factors like experience and venue size. In smaller markets or rural areas like Cambridge, wages may be lower, but this range suggests that the pay is somewhat competitive for entry-level positions. However, considering the rising cost of living and labor market demands, it may not fully align with the expectations for higher-quality service roles or in regions with more affluent clientele. Overall, while competitive in local terms, there may be room for improvement to better attract and retain qualified staff.
