What You’ll Be Doing:
- Consult and interpret banquet event orders (BEOs) and diagrams to adeptly stage a variety of events, arranging tables, chairs, risers, dance floors, podiums, and other meeting and banquet room equipment.
- Set up and troubleshoot projection systems, wireless internet, sound, and lighting.
- Warmly communicate with and greet guests to foster positive and memorable experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of daily scheduled group functions, including times and locations, ensuring you are punctual and available during program breaks and intermissions.
- Uphold a positive and pleasant demeanor.
- Engage in open communication and dialogue with team members.
- Prioritize, organize, and follow through on tasks effectively.
- Follow directions diligently.
- Maintain a keen focus on details.
- Adhere to timelines for the completion of setups.
