Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities may be included, but are not limited to:

  • Read and interpret banquet event orders (BEOs) and diagrams to effectively stage events with tables, chairs, risers, dance floors, podiums, and other meeting/banquet room equipment for a diverse array of events.
  • Set up and troubleshoot projection, wireless internet, sound, and lighting systems.
  • Engage with guests warmly to create positive and memorable experiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of daily scheduled group functions, times, and locations to ensure punctuality and availability during program breaks and intermissions.
  • Retain a positive and pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Foster open communication and dialogue with team members.
  • Prioritize, organize, and follow through on tasks effectively.
  • Adhere to directions while paying close attention to detail.
  • Complete setups in a timely manner.
  • Adapt to changes in workflow and priorities as required.
  • Operate designated equipment, machinery, and tools with vigilance.
  • Perform physical activities as necessary to fulfill job functions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments and coworkers as a cohesive team.
  • Follow all established safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Greenleaf Hospitality Group.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
