We are actively seeking both full-time and part-time Baristas to join our team.

Job Summary: The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks, as well as related food and beverage items. This role entails adhering to HACCP guidelines and maintaining high standards of quality in food service operations. The Barista will engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standardized recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle cash and charge payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while ensuring service area cleanliness.
• Maintain proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures in accordance with HACCP standards.
• Ensure sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Follow approved recipes to guarantee proper food preparation and adhere to production standards.
• Keep display equipment clean and free from debris during meal service.
• Thoroughly clean equipment and workstation before transitioning to other assignments.
• Greet customers courteously and provide excellent service to ensure their satisfaction, relaying any concerns to supervisors.
• Serve customers promptly, minimizing delays in service.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
• Advocate for selling techniques by engaging customers and assisting in their decision-making process.
• Ensure that all display foods are merchandised attractively according to standards and served neatly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
