Job Description
Job Title: BARISTA (FULL TIME)
Company: Compass Group
Location: Olivet, MI
Pay: $14.8 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.80 for a full-time barista position in Olivet, MI is slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, location, and establishment type. In Michigan, baristas often earn around $13 to $16 per hour, with higher wages in urban areas. While $14.80 is competitive within some local contexts, it may not attract candidates in a tight labor market where living costs are rising. Therefore, to attract more skilled workers, the employer might consider offering additional benefits or perks alongside the wage.
