AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.23 for a bartender position in Manistique, MI, appears to be below the national average, which typically ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience, location, and establishment type. In Michigan, bartenders often earn around $10 to $15 per hour, but this can increase significantly with tips, which are a primary source of income in this role. Considering the cost of living in Manistique and the area’s economic conditions, the pay may not be particularly competitive. Overall, while the rate is in line with minimum wage standards, it may be less attractive to potential candidates when compared to the potential earnings in larger cities or more lucrative bars and restaurants.
