The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Bartender to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience. What will you do?
– Process drink orders from guests and servers accurately, collect payments, and provide correct change.
– Mix beverages according to established recipes and company-standardized proportions.
– Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by verifying age identification and adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
– Accurately complete sales and inventory reports.
– Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.
More about you
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– A minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
– Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
– Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems.
– No high school diploma or GED required.
Physical requirements
– Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions.
– Ability to lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
– Exposure to moderate to high levels of environmental noise during busy periods.
