Summary
The Benefits and Wellness Manager is entrusted with the development, implementation, management, and continuous enhancement of our comprehensive employee benefits and wellness programs. This role is pivotal in promoting employee well-being, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the overall benefits offerings. The manager will engage with employees at all organizational levels—from executives to production and office staff—fostering a culture that prioritizes health and well-being across the organization.
Essential Functions
- Identify and recommend competitive benefits programs by assessing employee requirements, industry trends, and consulting insights. Benefits programs encompass health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Analyze benefit options and forecast future costs to support management’s decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by staying informed of legal requirements and promptly implementing updates.
- Manage relationships with benefit carriers and oversee program administration for effective benefit delivery.
- Engage with employees to provide clear explanations of benefit programs, changes, and resolve their inquiries.
- Create and disseminate concise written communications related to benefits and wellness programs.
- Design and implement campaigns aimed at increasing participation and utilization of benefits and wellness initiatives.
- Supervise the benefits staff through coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
- Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving assigned goals.
Additional Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in HR programs and projects.
- Manage external employee service offerings, such as childcare initiatives and wellness programs.
- Administer HSC childcare initiative programs for employees.
- Participate in the Fitness Committee ERG and enhance facility utilization for the benefit of all employees.

The salary range for this position is $107,200.00 – $147,400.00, contingent on full-time status. The starting pay for the successful candidate will be influenced by various job-related factors, including market demands, experience, training, and education.
