Essential Functions:
- Warmly greet all guests and create a welcoming atmosphere through personal connections
- Maintain the breakfast bar with an organized, appealing, and clean presentation, in compliance with brand standards and health codes
- Prepare hot food items according to health department and hotel guidelines
- Follow all local health and safety regulations and keep logs as required
- Ensure adequate food quantities on the breakfast bar, utilizing the first-in, first-out method for restocking
- Clear and sanitize tables and chairs promptly as they are vacated
- Wash, sanitize, and store serving equipment at the close of breakfast service
- Clean and maintain the breakfast area, including public restrooms; complete additional duties as needed
- Prepare food items for the following day based on occupancy forecasts
- Efficiently manage deliveries by verifying and properly storing all items as per inventory procedures
- Set up, service, and dismantle meeting spaces as business necessitates
- Adhere to all Suburban Inns processes and exhibit reliable attendance
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by management
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Knowledge: Ability to interpret information and perform basic arithmetic functions; proficiency in typing, record keeping, and basic computer skills is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Tattoos deemed offensive to coworkers, guests, or vendors based on sensitive characteristics are not permitted and must remain concealed. This policy will be enforced by the position’s supervisor, in accordance with company standards.
