Essential Functions:

• Warmly greet all guests and create a welcoming atmosphere through personal connections
• Maintain the breakfast bar with an organized, appealing, and clean presentation, in compliance with brand standards and health codes
• Prepare hot food items according to health department and hotel guidelines
• Follow all local health and safety regulations and keep logs as required
• Ensure adequate food quantities on the breakfast bar, utilizing the first-in, first-out method for restocking
• Clear and sanitize tables and chairs promptly as they are vacated
• Wash, sanitize, and store serving equipment at the close of breakfast service
• Clean and maintain the breakfast area, including public restrooms; complete additional duties as needed
• Prepare food items for the following day based on occupancy forecasts
• Efficiently manage deliveries by verifying and properly storing all items as per inventory procedures
• Set up, service, and dismantle meeting spaces as business necessitates
• Adhere to all Suburban Inns processes and exhibit reliable attendance
• Perform other responsibilities as directed by management
