The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Buffet Attendants to join our team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. In the role of Buffet Attendant, you will be responsible for placing and replenishing both cooked and cold food items at the buffet or serving line. What will you do?
– Refill cooked and cold food items at the buffet and ensure all stations are equipped with the appropriate serving utensils.
– Monitor food levels at the buffet and collaborate with the culinary team to restock items as needed.
– Provide the highest standard of customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
– Clean and sanitize all service stations while adhering to health and safety protocols.
