NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team is dedicated to the product development, project management, and daily operations of NBCUniversal’s comprehensive advertising technology suite, which supports an annual advertising business totaling $8 billion for both internal and external customers.

The Programmatic Ad Operations team, part of Business Operations & Services, operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment, executing programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals both domestically and globally. The Programmatic Sales Operations Campaign Manager plays a key role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of programmatic deals, which includes the creation and revision of deals, as well as ensuring that digital assets align with specifications throughout the campaign duration.

This role requires close collaboration with the planning and sales teams to facilitate the seamless execution of advertising campaigns that meet and surpass client expectations. We are seeking a detail-oriented, technologically proficient problem solver who possesses exceptional customer service skills and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead live troubleshooting discussions with clients to resolve specification issues.
  • Participate in weekly POD meetings to ensure alignment among sales, planning, and operations teams.
  • Establish regular reporting systems to identify creative failure trends across various ad distributors and DSPs.
  • Continuously seek knowledge about the Programmatic ecosystem to better assist internal and external partners.
  • Ensure media is delivered according to published specifications and timelines.
  • Engage directly with the Programmatic Sales Team and clients to guarantee campaign fulfillment.
  • Maintain functional expertise in trafficking programmatic deals using FreeWheel, OperativeOne, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Manage the Indirect Demand programmatic business, collaborating with various external partners.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate effective multitasking skills and efficient prioritization.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • A desire to work in the entertainment media industry, which may include availability during weekends for live events.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
