Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift
Company: Homestead
Location: Utica, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” role in Utica, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the competitive range, especially considering that the average hourly wage for caregivers in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $22, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as the state’s cost of living and local demand for caregiving positions can influence salary expectations, and caregivers often receive additional benefits or incentives. Therefore, while $15 may attract some applicants, it may not sufficiently incentivize experienced caregivers or align with industry standards in the region, potentially leading to higher turnover rates.
